What if I only need Soonr now and then?
No problem. Soonr isn’t a “use it or lose it” thing — you’re in control of when and how often you use it.
How does Soonr work?
We connect to your accounting platform to review your business and invoicing. From there, we set you up and you're good to go as little or often as you'd like.
Do I have to change the way I invoice?
Not at all. You keep invoicing exactly as you do now — same invoices, same process, same payment details.
How quickly will I get paid?
Fast! Once your invoice is approved, cash usually lands in your account in hours.
What kinds of invoices do you accept?
Just about any invoice for completed work. If the job’s done and the client’s agreed to pay, you cna likely can use it with Soonr.
Is there a minimum or maximum invoice value?
Yes — Soonr works best for invoices between AUD $1,000 and $50,000. Outside that range? Send it through anyway — we’re happy to take a look.
How much of the invoice value will I receive?
We normally advance up to 90% of your invoice value.
What if I have multiple invoices?
Whether it’s one big job or ten smaller ones, you can select as many invoices as you like.
Will my clients or customers know I’m using Soonr?
Nope. Nothing changes on their end. They pay you as usual, and our arrangement stays between us.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We only have read-only access to your accounting platform. We can see what’s due, but we can’t touch, move or change anything.
What happens if my client doesn’t pay?
We know you know your clients, and we respect that. If someone hasn’t paid after 60 days past the invoice due date, we’ll work with you to figure out the next steps.
What if I have troubles with the platform?
We certainly hope you won’t! But should you have issues, pop us an email at hello@soonr.co and will get it sorted sharpish.
